We'd love to hear from you! Get in touch with us in a few ways:
Note: during the event weekend the best way to contact us is probably to find an organizer in person.

I can't come anymore. Can I have a refund? Or transfer my pass?
Sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, since we've already hired bunches of awesome people to teach and play music, we can't offer refunds. However, you may transfer your pass to a friend. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with both your full name and your friend's full name.
If you have a personal emergency and are unable to sell your pass, email us at email@example.com before November 9th. We will not be able to accommodate requests made after the event begins!
I want to compete! What kind of pass do I need?
Competitors will need a full weekend or dance pass. Good luck!
Do I really need to register AND complete the Level Check Questionnaire?
Yes! Registering buys you a ticket to the weekend and reserves your spot in Lindy/Solo. The Questionnaire helps us sort you into groups of similar peers. Please fill it out :)
