Bought a pass and can't make it? Unfortunately, since we've already hired bunches of awesome people to teach and play music, we can't offer refunds. However, you may transfer your pass to a friend. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with both your full name and your friend's full name.
If you have a personal emergency and are unable to sell your pass, email us at email@example.com before November 9th. We will not be able to accommodate requests made after the event begins!
